The SITE provides information dealing with the lawn care business. SITE allows lawn care companies and people related to the lawn care industry to add themselves to a listing database and allows visitors to view these listings. SITE also provides other information related to the lawn care business.
By using this site, you signify your Assent and Agreement to these entire Terms of Use.Listing Service: Listing service is provided for free or for a charge. Listings are not moderated by SITE or its administrators. If you are using SITE to find a lawn care company, use this list as a starting point for researching the company. SITE does not endorse any company entered in our listings. We do not moderate the listings and we request that you use due diligence in investigating any company or person with which you are considering a business relationship.
If you are entering your company information, you are fully responsible for your listing. We do not review listings. However, if we are alerted to an questionable listing, we retain full rights to remove the listing or to change wording regardless of payment status of the listing. We do our best to provide a high level of uptime (over 99%). However due to the nature of the internet, we do not guarantee uptime of the SITE and we do not guarantee that visitors will be able to view your listing. We accept no responsibility for missed views.

Your estimating process may differ from the numerous examples given in the program as well as from the use of the SITE estimating calculator.

Any other disputes will be resolved as follows - If a dispute arises under this agreement, the user agrees to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: County of Hamilton, State of Tennessee. Each party will pay their own costs including but not limited to attorney fees, transportation fees and all other fees associated with the mediation.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: County of Hamilton, State of Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
